All purchases made at C6outdoor.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund, all returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.
After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of C6 Outdoor. A restocking fee may apply.
If you’d like to make a return or exchange, PLEASE CALL US FIRST at –––––––––––––––––– for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
If the reason for return is not a result of a C6 Outdoor error, shipping costs, if any, incurred by C6 Outdoor may be deducted from your refund. If the returned products are not in new, re-sellable condition - a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care.
After the package arrives at our warehouse please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to your card. As soon as the return is processed you’ll get an email or text confirmation.

If you have changed your mind or made an incorrect choice and have paid already, chances are good your order is already being prepared for shipment. Please try to cancel your order immediately. If your item hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund.
