REV ROOF TOP TENT & ANNEX BUNDLE by C6 Outdoor

Great tent! I purchased the Scout tent and platform. I set it up in my driveway a couple of times to make sure everything worked before heading out on the first trip. I went out last week during the Pacific Northwest's wild rain and windstorm (record flooding). I figured if I could set it up in a driving rainstorm than it would be a keeper. Even setting it up as a RTT 6 ft off the ground, it went up quickly and without issue. It was a "breeze" pun intended. Even with the rain, the inside stayed dry both during setup and the 2 nights I spent inside.

I've owned 3 other RTTS two of which were $3500+ name brand clamshells. The Rev Tent beat them hand's down. It was much quieter in the wind. The light weight and smaller profile improved fuel economy on my truck by 1.7 MPG.

Another bonus is the ability to easily take it on and off the truck rack. Living in the PNW with its historically wet weather means it's frequently hard to dry out a heavy fixed mount RTT. The Rev tent makes it easy to pop off the truck and dry it out in my garage.

C6 keeps you informed during the entire order process. Besides the initial order confirmation email, I received multiple emails as to the shipping status and delivery info. I had a few questions about the frame and got an immediate positive response from C6 and their customer service folks. Hands down this is outstanding service!

I've since purchased several other C6 products including their pillows, sheets, flex light, gear hammock and blanket. All are high quality and compliment the tent.

I spend 80+ nights a year in the mountains and camp every month of the year. I rate C6's products up with the best!

High Quality construction, very comfortable mattress. Even the wife thinks so. Some patience is needed when assembling, following the instructions and watching the available videos helps. Good value and flexibility and weight when compared to hard shell RTTs.

The first few camping trips with the Rev Roof Tent I was a bit concerned with the effort to set up the tent, then on the third trip I camped with some other families that had ground tents that took 5x longer to set up! while they struggled I took a nap in my Rev Tent. I realized the few extra minutes compared to other 1 minute set up roof tents is a very fair trade for the versatility.This weekend I'm going to throw the tent in the bed of a friend's pick-up as we're carpooling to the Cherokee National Forest with the boys.Try that with an iKamper. Glad I pulled the trigger and bought a Rev Tent.

First impressions - packaged well, easy to assemble (be patient with the platform!), and super comfortable! I do wish this set up automatically. The Rev Tent is much more like a standard tent with poles. It is helpful that the poles are always in place and just need to be snapped together. It's easy, but takes a minute to move around the tent. Super sturdy - first night camping in it heavy winds picked up, but the tent was a quiet and stable.

As A lifelong ground tent camper who used air mattress - I didn't even consider a real bed in a tent until I found the Rev Tent. Plus Getting off the ground helps when it's muddy or rocky. My wife and I really appreciate the mattress, not too firm, not too soft, and the thoughtful touches like the included tent stakes and guy lines for the times you don't need or want to camp on the roof. Assembling the platform took longer than the suggested 2 hours but it wasn't difficult - the instructions were well thought out and it helps to take your time with them.
